Redfish, Trout and Flounder proved that they are ready to provide reliable action this week as crushing strikes hit anglers lines again and again. A few sunny days cranked up the water temperatures just enough to get fish in the mood to eat. Fish were hitting mud minnows under corks or fished on jigs, chunks of mullet or crab on the bottom and many soft plastics like the Z-Man Streak-Z. We fished moving water near oyster beds, dock pilings and creek mouths to boat some beautiful redfish. Trout and Flounder came off rough bottom away from the banks in 4 to 8 ft of water. One of the biggest thrills this week was seeing how aggressively the fish were feeding. They were absolutely slamming baits providing anglers with a shock and awe thrill many have never experienced before. Come on out and get hooked up. We have some great tides on the way.
