Deep Sea fishing charters have been catching Mahi Mahi, King Mackerel, Amberjack and a variety of Snapper and other bottom fish on the offshore reefs. Trolling has produced well in spots from 70 to 100 ft of water.
Nearshore fishing charters are finding fish 3 to 5 miles from shore and have been catching big Bull Redfish, Black Drum, Sheepshead, Spanish Mackerel and Sharks just to name a few. We are usually bottom fishing around reefs and wrecks with live shrimp and cut bait. At times we see fish feeding on the surface so we will cast lures and jigs to them. Nothing is more fun than to cast to feeding fish and watch them chase down and inhale your bait.
Inshore fishing charters have been taking advantage of the shallow water Speckled Trout, Redfish and Black Drum action. We are casting shrimp, minnows and plastic swim baits to the fish around docks, oyster beds and on the flats. This is a great time of year for all kinds of fisherman.
