Charter fishing in Charleston and Folly Beach fishing trips have been great the past few weeks. Deep Sea fishing and inshore fishing has benefited from a very mild winter and warm temperatures. Inshore fishing in Charleston and Folly Beach is a great option this time of year. The waters are typically calm making it a smooth outing for anglers of all ages and skill levels. We typically can fish close to our pickup location so we spend more time fishing rather than driving. Inshore fishing charters have been targeting Redfish, Speckled Trout Black Drum and Flounder as they begin to feed more heavily in our warming waters.
Deep Sea Fishing charters have been targeting assorted snapper, Wahoo, King Mackerel, Sea Bass and too many other species to mention. Nearshore fishing at the reefs and wrecks just off the beach have been catching Black Drum, Weakfish, Bluefish, Bull Redfish and Sheepshead.
