Charter fishing in Charleston and Folly Beach fishing charters have been great the past few weeks. Deep Sea fishing, nearshore fishing and inshore fishing has benefited from a very mild winter and warm temperatures. Inshore charter fishing in Charleston and Folly Beach is a great option this time of year. The Redfish, Speckled Trout and Black Drum are feeding as our waters warm and baitfish move into the system. Fish have been eager to eat our live minnows and shrimp. For those who wish to cast lures, we have had great success on smaller plastics and jigs fished around oyster beds and docks. The other nice thing about spring is we typically can fish close to our pickup location. Or perhaps we make one long run and fish an area the for several hours. The goal is to spend more time fishing rather than driving.
