Your comfort and fishing experience is important to us. Our vessels are specifically designed to fish in our local waters and we will place you in the appropriate boat for the type of fishing charter you reserved and the number of people in your crew. All boats are center consoles and range from 18 to 29 ft. They are equipped with the latest electronics and safety gear, meticulously maintained engines and top quality rods, reels and tackle. Every Captain has many years of experience as a professional angler. Boats are assigned when reservations are made.

Tips are appreciated and customary, but not mandatory. The majority of our guests do tip the Captain for providing a pleasant outing without regard to the cooperation of the fish. Normal tips are 15-20% of the trips total cost.
Cancellation Policy — If the charter is cancelled by the booking party at least 11 days before our scheduled date, there is no cancellation charge and your deposit or payment will be refunded. Cancellations of 10 days or less from your scheduled date and your deposit or payment will be forfeited. Captains will not wait for parties more than 30 minutes late without contacting and providing an ETA within 45 minutes of the original launch time. Multiple boat reservations and gift certificates are subject to the same cancellation terms. Weather cancellations are at the sole discretion of the captain. Rain or rain in the forecast is not a weather situation that will automatically cancel your charter. Your deposit or payment will be refunded if weather cancels our charter prior to departure. If inclement weather or other situations shorten a charter, the Captain may pro-rate the trip to an hourly basis.
Reservation changes- Preparation for your trip begins long before you arrive at our location. If you wish to add more people to your reservation you are required to notify us 48 hours ahead of time. We may or may not be able to accommodate your changes but we will do our best. If you show up with less people than you made a reservation for without giving us 48 hours notice you will be charged the rate at which your reservation was made.

The payment will be added to the charter bill at the end of the trip.

If you have physical limitations it is your responsibility to let us know when you make your reservation so we can put you on a vessel that will best suit you and your crew. Every boat has weight limits for safe operation. For your safety and ours we may ask the approximate weight of individuals in your crew. We reserve the right to decline charters that will exceed the safe operational limits of our vessels. Though we welcome adult beverages, for safety reasons we do not allow over-consumption. Do not bring Illegal substances on your charter. Law enforcement will be contacted to intercept our boat and have you and your crew removed.
You may change the number of people in your reservation by notifying us 48 hours prior to your charter. We will adjust your rate accordingly with 48 hours notice. Keep in mind that preparation for your trip begins long before your arrival. Last-minute changes can almost always be accommodated, though your rate will reflect your original crew count if you arrive with fewer people than you made a reservation for. Please avoid showing up with a higher crew count than you booked for without giving us 48 hours advance notice. This can negatively impact your charter and our ability to give you an outstanding experience.
