Charter fishing in the waters surrounding Charleston and Folly Beach have given us plenty to be excited about. There is lots of fish rod bending going on lately as multiple species provide plenty of opportunities for anglers. Deep Sea trips have been hitting deeper water just off the beach in search of giant sharks and huge Redfish. Schools of Weakfish, Bluefish, Spanish Mackerel, Amberjack and Bonita have been found in 40-60 ft of water near the reefs. Inshore Flounder, Redfish, Speckled Trout and Black Drum have been caught in good numbers. Our guests have had many great days on the water with dozens of fish boated of all sizes and kinds. The reef action is non stop including some great topwater action. The flats are full of shrimp and finger mullet which keeps all the inshore fish on the prowl. Don’t miss out on the action!
